WHEELING – The Wheeling Hearth Division continues to be investigating what precipitated a fireplace to happen beneath the Market Road bridge in downtown Wheeling.

The bridge stays closed following the fireplace that occurred about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. A homeless encampment was situated beneath the bridge.
